70 Years of Human Rights on Dec. 10

For seven decades the Universal Declaration of Human Rights has been heralded as one of the pillars of a global ethic and common conscience for humanity, helping sustain the morale of those subjected to injustices. This anniversary provides an occasion to take stock of our achievements since 1948, but also to envision the future and set an agenda for the next 70 years.
