Roccie Hill
Roccie Hill is a nonprofit executive with over 35 years of experience, including 6 years as Executive Director of Guide Dogs of the Desert in California. She received her Master of Arts degree in English, and her Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA in Philosophy with a minor in History. She is the past Chair (eight years) of the California Association of Nonprofits Public Policy Council. She is an internationally-recognized fundraiser, and has consulted for large and small nonprofits in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, and Indonesia. Before founding Pietra Consulting, Roccie served as Executive Director for over fifteen years at the Housing Trust of Silicon Valley, Earth Share of California, and Guide Dogs of the Desert. She is an Ambassador and past Board Member of AcademyWomen. Roccie has one daughter who is a pilot and Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force.
