Paige LaCombe is originally from South Pasadena and a SP High School graduate. She received her BA in Human Development from Pacific Oaks College in Pasadena. A teacher for over 21 years in the LA Unified School District, she has dedicated herself to promoting social progress and providing quality public education for minority students in South Central Los Angeles.

Serving as a liaison for the United Nations and Servas International, Paige continues to promote a greater awareness of the UN’s 17 Sustainable Goals with members and like-minded affiliates. She recently founded a group for young women and men to pursue leadership roles in community organizations, and she is currently a committee member for UNA Pasadena’s Action Ambassador program.

Paige recently traveled to visit the UN Headquarters in New York City to represent UNA Pasadena and attend the annual meeting of the US Servas in Washington DC. Paige is committed to continuing her travels to the UN, to engage UNA members and affiliates with insights from the UN’s global mission and to build positive support for the 17 SDGs.
