Professor Marks has a Ph.D. in Economics from Princeton University and has expertise in International Economics, Microeconomics, and Indonesia. He writes, “Despite progress with vaccines and other medical treatments for the coronavirus, much of the world remains fragile economically. A variety of complications present serious dangers to a smooth recovery and may further expose political divisions in the United States and around the world.
