Guest Speaker Stephen Marks
Elden Smith Professor of Economics at Pomona College
Professor Marks has done extensive development policy consulting with USAID, World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, and the government of Australia. He has published widely on the political economy and consequences of US trade policy, and on trade, tax, and competition policies in Indonesia, Laos, and Egypt.
