13th Youth Observer to the UN
Oscar Armando Lopez III is a researcher, writer, and artist from the U.S.-Mexico border. He holds
a B.A. in Government and B.B.A. in Business Honors from the University of Texas at Austin.
Inspired by his hometown of Laredo, Texas, Oscar’s work is dedicated to advancing climate
action, human rights protections, and digital rights.
The United Nations Association of the USA (UNA-USA) is a movement of Americans dedicated to supporting the United Nations.
