Dr. Jen teaches public and community health at CSU Dominguez Hills, psychology at University of the West, and business ethics for California Institute of Advanced Management Executive MBA program. She holds her B.A., teaching and administrative credentials (UC Irvine), Ed.M. (Human Development and Psychology, Harvard Graduate School of Education) and Ed.D. (USC).

Wenli is a National Advisory Council member of the U.S. Health and Human Services Center for Mental Health Services, steering committee for the L.A. County Adolescent Health Collaborative, U.N. Global Compact, and Rosemead Educational Foundation, among others. Her extensive honors include Woman of the Year for both California Senate 24th District and California Assembly 49th District.
